At Carat & Co, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every luxury piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Please ensure all tags and protective packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Carat & Co account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unwanted item securely in its original designer packaging and include the printed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
